Programs

The goal of the program is to introduce participants to the wonderful world of competitive swimming, while at the same time improving participants fitness and self-esteem as measured at the beginning of the program.
Youth can expect to participate in a weekly Swim Practice, where they will learn the four competitive strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly). Youth will be taught technical skills like dives, flip turns, breathing patterns and all skills related to competitive swimming.
Youth will be able to maneuver through several areas of programming, within the same practice time. As they progress, they will progress through our program.
